Support customer success: work closely with our Support team to ensure clients receive industry-leading assistance, while capturing feedback to drive product improvements.
Engage with customers and stakeholders: occasionally participate in strategic pre-sales or sales meetings to provide technical insights and showcase Velixo’s value.
