- Client Overview: We are hiring for a technology client in Vancouver, BC.
- Role Summary: The Mid-Level Project Manager will be responsible for supporting engineering leads, managing dependencies, and ensuring the timely execution of projects.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support engineering leads and facilitate team meetings.
- Motivate engineering teams to execute projects on time and at a high quality level.
- Manage dependencies and stakeholders from other parts of the team.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate project milestones.
- Proactively manage and mitigate risks.
- Present status and information to the team and leadership.
- Identify and improve task-related processes to enhance efficiency.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of project management or game production experience.
- Minimum 1 year of technical experience or coding skills.
- Must be located in Vancouver, BC and able to work on-site three days a week.
- No requirement for experience in the gaming industry.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working in central teams servicing multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with game engines or infrastructure teams.
- Experience with various project management methodologies.
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
