About the position

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Bulk Operator is a key member of our Operations team and performs all warehouse duties as required. If you are looking for a challenging role in a team orientated environment and a fast-paced facility this is the job for you!

What you’ll do:

• Loads and unloads tank cars and trucks with Company product or raw materials. 
• Monitors and maintains tank farm inventory levels.
• Monitors inventory levels of Company products:
  • mixes and repackages products
  • fills raw material containers with new stock

• Picks orders and prepares them for shipping:
  • using a forklift picks product from Warehouse inventory
  • places products on skids and wraps skids
  • loads skids onto trucks
• Assists with off-loading trucks and putting away of product.
• Prepares product orders and special blends for customers.
• Cleans and maintains warehouse and equipment.
• Assists in shipping and receiving
• Monitors any maintenance work scheduled in assigned area
  • Prepare and purge equipment before maintenance
  • Lock out and tag out equipment
  • Monitors contractors working in the area
• Other duties as assigned.

What we would like from you:

• High school diploma or equivalent working experience
• Self-motivated and able to work within company policy where experience and independent judgement is demonstrated
• Forklift operation experience an asset
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
• Experience working outdoors is a must
