We’re looking for someone with the energy and skills to run a shift like a pro. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the store, lead your team, and deliver a great experience for every customer—every time.
✔️ Perform all the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers
✔️ Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift
✔️ Oversee all store operations: cost control, inventory, cash management, and customer relations
✔️ Greet customers and take orders with a smile (yes, even on the phone!)
✔️ Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
✔️ Prepare products quickly, consistently, and to Domino’s standards
✔️ Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant from front to back
✔️ Set the tone for your team and lead by example every shift
