Branch Manager - Hydronics/Electrical
Our client is a wholesale distribution company focused on distributing Hydronic Heating and Air conditioning products for the residential market. They are looking to expand into exciting new territory and are looking for a Branch Manager.
As a Branch Manager, we are looking for someone who is truly a business leader, responsible for developing and executing sales, personnel and operation plans for your area.
Responsibilities:
- Being a sales leader for the business by developing new accounts and managing all key client relationships.
- Overall P&L responsibilities, understanding financials and achieving sales/gross profit goals.
- Hiring, training and developing employees.
- Identifying new markets and ensuring all operations are managed safely and in accordance.
Requirements:
- Professional experience in the Electrical and HVAC sectors.
- Previous experience leading a team and managing a branch in wholesale distribution setting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven outside sales and business development experience.
