Position Summary:
The Communications Specialist supports the FVCDC’s leadership in the areas of communications and public relations. This includes the development, implementation and monitoring of communications and engagement programs and working with the CEO to create awareness and promote the FVCDC’s profile and mission. This role is a fantastic opportunity to use your skills to help children and youth with diverse abilities shine!

The Communications Specialist is a part-time (0.6 FTE or 0.8 FTE) position based in Abbotsford with hybrid work options, within a strong values-based organizational culture. The FVCDC is a flexible, supportive employer that invests in the mental health, wellbeing and professional development of our staff. This position requires a high level of team collaboration alongside autonomy.
