Delivery Van Driver

The Outsource Driver makes trips between Decor buildings and our Outsource Providers.  This role will also be responsible for some pick-ups in the Morden/Winkler area.  This position requires a safety conscious, approachable and reliable person with the ability prioritize their work and handle moderate lifting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload product at Decor and our Outsource Providers/Suppliers.
• Assist with the organization and set up of Material Management within Decor Cabinets.

• Organizational skills:  ability to respond to numerous requests from various departments with courtesy; ability to remain focused and organized despite distractions
• Physical ability:  physically able to carefully load and unload product from truck throughout the day
• Communication skills:  strong English language skills for reading paperwork and handling numerous telephone requests; approachable and agreeable communication style
• Work habits:  strong attendance record, able to work independently.
• Humble, Hungry, Smart: Willing to make improvements
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance

Other Requirements:

• Valid class 5 driver’s license required.
• Must be willing to obtain Forklift and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (training provided by Decor).
• Must provide driver’s abstract upon request.
• Driving test will be administered before hire.
