What You'll Do

You’ll be the go-to person for a wide variety of maintenance work—both inside and outside the building:

· Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in suites and common areas (plumbing, HVAC, minor electrical, etc.)

· Carry out regular building inspections and preventative maintenance

· Complete unit turnover tasks (paint, repair, clean) so homes are move-in ready

· Respond promptly to tenant requests with a service-first attitude

· Support seasonal needs like snow shoveling or light landscaping

· Maintain clear records and daily logs using basic digital tools

· Participate in the on-call rotation (every second week, after-hours)

What You Bring

· 3–5 years' experience in a maintenance or building operations role

· Comfortable with basic plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, and light electrical

· Ability to work safely and follow OH&S best practices

· Solid organizational skills and ability to manage your own schedule

· A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong work ethic

· Strong communication skills and a commitment to courteous, professional service

· Computer literacy and ability to complete digital work logs

Other Requirements

· This is a live-out position

· Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License with acceptable driving record

· Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all seasons

· Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs

· Clear Criminal Background Check required

· Must be available for rotational on-call duty every second week (5:00pm–8:00am)
