Compass Early Learning and Care – Northglen Orchards is a newly established program located in Bowmanville, Ontario, and is anticipated to open in January 2026. Located within the newly built KPR Northglen Orchards Public School in Bowmanville, this vibrant center will feature an infant room, A toddler room, two preschool rooms, two kindergarten rooms, and two school-age rooms
About the role:
At Compass ELC Northglen Orchards, we are looking for excited, passionate, and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educators who will be a part of building the culture and environments within this new program. As an RECE, you will spend your time engaging, connecting, and learning alongside children, families, community partners, and co-workers. You will work alongside the infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. You are passionate about early learning and care, play-based learning, emergent curriculum, and lifelong learning. You are energetic, resourceful, and creative in your pursuits of creating learning opportunities, building connections, and engaging with children and families.
These roles will work within the infant, toddler, and preschool rooms for 35 to 40 hours per week. Hours will be based on program needs and funding. Shift start and end times will fluctuate within the team and will fall within the program hours of 6:30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
